Cyber Team Lead ISSM

Overview

The Cyber Team Lead ISSM supports the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the Cybersecurity Team Lead; responsible for management, coordination, and oversight of the contract Information Assurance team.

· Duties include all Tier 2 duties, planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all Cybersecurity servers and applications.

· Academic Network Information Assurance Requirements: Ensure the Academic Network meets all AR 25-2, DODI 8510.01, and other applicable DA, CAC, and/or DLIFLC information assurance requirements1.

· Academic Network Information Assurance Secure Architecture and Application requirements: Ensure that all new projects are built, configured, and implemented to meet NIST, RMF, and best practices standards.

Qualifications

Required:

· Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience, or substitute with 9+ years of progressive experience in serving as a cybersecurity specialist.

· Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) Certification and applicable CE/OS Certification 

· Experience leading a team

· Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
