  • 4+ years of experience at an agency or similar environment
  • Fashion Account
  • Clear and concise written and verbal skills
  • Strength in storytelling
  • Strong experience and knowledge of media planning/buying/management across online and offline channels (including traditional channels like OOH, Print, Radio, TV)
  • Experience finding the story in a set of numbers

Responsibilities
  • Analyze client briefs to identify a strategic approach and media plan that delivers against the client's goals (+ ability to write a strong, comprehensive brief for the client)
  • Oversee strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative and Analytics teams to ensure alignment between medium, message, and desired result
  • Develop and present media recommendations and assure quality control
  • Ensure seamless implementation of approved plans and ongoing budget and campaign tracking
  • Provide insight based on ongoing and post-campaign reporting
  • Responsible for building relationships with clients, internal teams, and the broader media community
  • Stay up-to-date on advertising and analytic marketplace trends; including strong strategic understanding of how to build target audience profiles, competitive insight, and marketplace opportunities
  • Educate internal teams on consumer trends, new media technologies, and other information that has cross-departmental impact
  • Responsible over finance tracking, ad-operations and trafficking needs to get campaigns launched and running successfully
