Responsibilities
  • Be the client analytics subject matter expert and lead the creation of Progyny’s strategy and roadmap for client analytics
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with operational team leaders and senior leadership to understand business needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas of opportunity for optimization and innovation
  • Conduct regular analyses of client members’ behaviors, utilization, and benefit consumption trends data to identify patterns and opportunities for clients to better communicate use of the benefit, and present actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Measure the impact of launches of new services and assess impact of changes to the benefit usage patterns and work with the CSM team assist customers in effectively making use of their benefits
  • Develop and maintain reusable reporting assets in PowerBI, SQL, Excel, etc, to meet business users where they are and enable a maximum degree of self-service
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytics solutions and tools, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in client analytics, and identify opportunities to leverage them to improve our products and processes
  • Lead a team of analysts, ensuring high quality deliverables, sharing feedback and providing professional development opportunities
