- Configure LabWare Laboratory Information Management System version 6 to meet user requirements.
- Understand and tailor the core functionality and workflows of LabWare Laboratory Information Management System.
- Configure and develop LabWare Laboratory Information Management System subroutines and non-routine programs according to client needs.
- Develop and troubleshoot label issues and Crystal Reports.
- Provide technical support for application and interface issues.
- Manage application administration, including user creation and assignment of roles and permissions.
- Monitor application logs and perform periodic health checks on the application server and database server.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the Citrix server print queues and ensure labels are printed.
- Update visual workflows according to business needs.
- Manage and install LabWare Laboratory Information Management System on the development server.
- Implement change requests for Crystal Reports, LabWare Laboratory Information Management System visual workflows, workflow changes requiring subroutine modifications, and LabWare Laboratory Information Management System stored queries according to standard operating procedures.
