Requirements
  • Represent One Medical and interact with major clients nationally
  • Actively prospect, build relationships and secure deals with large accounts with more than 10,000 eligible employees
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing proposals
  • Build a territory and define metrics and milestones that align with broader organizational goals
  • Forecast deal flow and architect and negotiate creative deals and partnerships
  • Provide market-level feedback to help inform product roadmap; act as the voice of the customer
  • Work closely with internal teams, including account management, marketing, finance, legal and others, to ensure client success and performance
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to meet or exceed quota and annual growth
  • Leverage relationships with consultants, brokers, and other professional networks to strengthen awareness of One Medical products and services
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and broader OM4B organization to support in-person activities in specific markets
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to companies with over 10,000 employees
  • At least 5 years of experience in benefits sales, working directly with employers, consultants and brokers
  • Expertise in benefits sales, including sales cycles, timelines and key contacts
  • Demonstrated track record and success in consultative selling
  • Ability to maintain strong internal and external networks
  • Experience selling a discretionary benefit preferred
  • Passion for One Medical and transforming healthcare
