  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience working in a law firm, corporate legal IT department or other Legal Services provider in a legal operation capacity OR 9 years’ experience working in a law firm, corporate legal IT department or other Legal Services provider in a legal operation capacity.
  • Proven experience working with software that supports legal operations and knowledge management including administrative experience using such as document management, MS Teams, SharePoint, and MS Power Platform.
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, and subject matter experts to identify strategic investments that build capacity for the organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of ethical and authentic professional conduct.
  • Highly motivated, independent and capable of learning new systems on their own.
  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill.
