Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of Revenue Operations experience
  • Expertise in SalesForce including creation of new fields/objects, flows, validation rules, and reporting/dashboarding
  • Proficiency in data modeling including sales capacity/productivity (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Experience using Marketo (or similar Marketing Automation Platform) including SalesForce integration and campaign building
  • Experience with Sales deal desk operations for pricing, MSA negotiations, and NDA agreements
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to implement and improve processes
  • Own and administer the revenue tech stack to ensure operational efficiency
  • Establish key performance indicators, dashboards, and reports for sales productivity
  • Oversee the Deal Desk function to streamline deal management
  • Work on sales hygiene and SFDC discipline in all GTM systems
  • Design and implement processes to improve sales team efficiency
  • Help design tiered accounts, territories, and verticals for account ownership
