Requirements
  • Experience working against a quota exceeding €1 million.
  • A record of exceeding quota across multiple quarters and membership in the President's Club.
  • Fluent German and English with strong business communication in both languages.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced startups and the ability to become fully operational within two months.
  • Ownership of revenue outcomes without waiting for direction.
  • One to three years of sales experience with a genuine closing focus and demonstrable results.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full journey from inquiry to signature, including price negotiation and closing.
  • Use artificial-intelligence-native tools to automate repetitive tasks and invest more effort where conversion occurs.
  • Conduct daily discovery and qualification calls with purchase-ready inbound leads.
  • Close qualified prospects through structured, consultative conversations that build trust quickly.
  • Coordinate closely with tax and accounting partners for a smooth Know Your Customer and onboarding handoff process.
  • Maintain an accurate HubSpot pipeline with consistent follow-ups and clear deal-status tracking.
  • Improve the sales playbook, including scripts, workflows, and conversion rates.
