Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 5 years in enterprise management roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of network and systems infrastructure and cloud services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the IT operations team on the east coast, providing leadership, guidance, and training.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
  • Champion IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the larger Enterprise IT Operations team to align regional IT strategies with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to analyze business requirements and develop solutions for IT needs.
  • Partner with manufacturing technical teams to deliver IT solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support in resolving escalated IT issues.
  • Monitor IT operations performance for the region and generate regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Build a function that manages new office deployments, including procurement and deployment of hardware and software.
  • Participates in after hours on-call support for computer, network and systems issues.
Desired Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications (ex. PMP, CompTIA, ITIL, CISSP, Microsoft, Cisco).
  • Experience with Zoom and VTC related hardware and software.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and its application.
  • Experience in a Zero trust/beyond corporate environment.
  • Experience in leading technical teams in hardware manufacturing businesses.
