As Project Manager (Product Development), you will be responsible for;

Ensure the successful delivery of projects and maintenance within the specified QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Features) targets.
Collaborate closely with the line organization to define deliverables for various groups, secure annual budget estimates, and allocate resources to support project deliveries.
Establish clear requirements and deliverables for each department, following the global development process (GDP).
Lead Program Increment activities using an Agile methodology with a cadence-based approach within the development teams.
Identify dependencies and promote cross-functional collaboration within and across agile release train teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in engineering or project management.
OEM experience within the realm of commercial vehicles or heavy industrial equipment.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma principles.
Proficient in Structured Problem Solving (8D).
Good awareness of SAFe Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN Ways of Working (WoW).
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
