ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Splunk cloud platform administrator ensuring the Splunk cloud service is always available and in best condition.
• Capable of guiding level 1 / level 2 Splunk engineers to manage the platform together. Ensuring SOPs are updated and well maintained.
• Ensure continuous improvement of Splunk service.
• Continuous improvement to the security of the entire Splunk service
• Develop, implement and continuous improvement on Observability capability in Splunk.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• More than 10 years of experience in Splunk administration
• More than 3 years of experience in Splunk Cloud administration
• More than 5 years of experience in Syslog
• More than 5 years of experience in Linux
• More than 3 years of experience in Splunk Observability or equivalent
• Capable of developing Splunk dashboard for administrative purposes

PREFERRED

• Having good knowledge in Enterprise IT Infrastructure
• Having good knowledge in Splunk Enterprise Security and related
• Strong knowledge in finetuning searches and performance
• Willing to work flexi-hour to fit into global team.
• Willing to work long hour during service outage.

SKILLS

• Good communication skill that can clearly articulate ideas
• Excellent collaboration skill that can work with different business function to create values.
