Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employee benefits programs
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with benefits administration software or HRIS systems is preferred
  • Certification in benefits administration (e.g. Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits data
  • Review, reconcile, and process invoices from benefits vendors
  • Assist with benefits-related compliance activities
  • Process enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefits systems
  • Coordinate with benefits providers, brokers, and vendors
  • Assist in the development and delivery of benefits related communications
  • Participate in benefits related projects and initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices
