  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in data visualization, reporting, or business intelligence
  • 2+ years of leading data-focused teams
  • Understanding of how Language Models (LLMs) operate and their applications in data visualization and reporting
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of data visualization and reporting specialists
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for data visualization and reporting initiatives
  • Collaborate with data scientists and LLM experts to integrate LLM capabilities into data visualization and reporting
  • Guide team on building an effective and consistent UI
  • Oversee the design and development of interactive and engaging data visualizations and reports
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of reporting initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand information needs and deliver impactful insights
  • Champion a data-driven culture within the organization
  • Develop strategies to effectively communicate technologies needed to drive insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and governance in the visualization and reporting space
