Requirements
  • 3–5 Years of experience in HR generalist roles with additional exposure to administrative functions
  • In depth knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, risk management, and HR technology
  • Experience leading HR operational functions or small-scale projects, and collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, foster engagement, and drive compliance across all levels
  • Proficiency in managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, applying policies, and facilitating conflict resolution
  • Ability to interpret HR data and metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proven skills in coaching managers and employees, and supporting talent and career development
  • Confidence delivering impactful presentations, facilitating meetings, and communicating with clarity and influence
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset and are excited to make an impact in a fast paced, evolving environment
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client groups to support and execute talent strategies, policies, and programs that drive business results and employee satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, and HR policy application
  • Plan and orchestrate events, programs, and initiatives that bring people together and nurture a vibrant, cohesive office culture
  • Support and lead change management efforts, championing new processes and policies, and acting as the voice of the local office
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Critical Mass values
  • Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR issues, career development, and team effectiveness, escalating complex matters as needed
  • Gather and report on HR metrics (turnover, engagement, etc.), using insights to inform business decisions and proactively address trends
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, ensuring operational compliance and recommending improvements
  • Lead presentations and facilitate internal onboarding and leadership development programs that support business and talent strategy
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR processes, compliance, and the overall employee experience
