Responsibilities
  • Build knowledge of our evolving software, the real estate industry, and private markets more broadly
  • Conduct KYC / Watchlist monitoring checks on individuals and entities; investigate and resolve any issues
  • Perform workspace management tasks on behalf of our clients, including creating new contacts and positions, bulk uploading new client data, and reviewing workspaces for accuracy and completeness
  • Disseminate K-1 documents and other client reports through the Juniper Square software
  • Assist on ad-hoc client requests across our suite of services in partnership with other Investor Services teams; coordinate directly with clients on activities and issue resolution as needed
  • Identify and flag areas of improvement in our processes and procedures
