About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, the Channel Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our channel partners across the US and Europe. This role will collaborate closely with Channel Sales Managers to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that generate new business opportunities through our partner network. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, experience in channel marketing, and the ability to design and execute impactful programs that produce positive outcomes for both parties.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Channel Sales Managers across the US and Europe to support the execution of marketing programs that drive lead and pipeline generation.
- Campaign Development: Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns and sales plays tailored to specific regions and partner needs.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage partner-focused events, including webinars, training sessions, and field activities to increase visibility and engagement.
- Content: Collaborate internally to deliver localized and co-branded assets that support partners in educating their clients about SpyCloud.
- Enablement: Assist in creating regular communications and enablement toolkits to empower partners with the resources they need to succeed, and administer the Channel Partner Portal.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives, optimizing programs along the way.
- Budget Management: Administer the channel marketing budget, ensuring all activities deliver the desired results.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and partner developments to adapt marketing strategies as necessary.
About you:
- You have established relationships with regional & national cyber security VARs and their marketing teams.
- You have a wide breadth of experience with digital and offline channel marketing programs and the ability to measure their effectiveness.
- You’re disciplined and organized, with solid project management skills, and able to meet competing deadlines.
- You’re an activator, self-starter, and both strategic and tactical — able to operationalize good ideas.
- You’re an excellent writer and clear communicator.
- You are passionate, enthusiastic and see challenges as opportunities.
- You embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, take calculated risks, and are known for speed and agility in your work.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing in the cybersecurity or technology sector
- Proven track record of developing successful channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Experience working with international channel partners in Western Europe
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Experience with CRM, MAP and project management tools including Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset to drive decisions and optimize campaigns
- High degree of responsibility and follow-through
