Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY
Provides spiritual care and counseling with pediatric, families, and staff in crises of illness and/or trauma. Builds supportive relationships with pediatric patients and families during their healthcare journeys. Provides sound management of department and resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides Spiritual Care with Staff and Faculty.
• Act as a liaison to community clergy and congregations.
• Provides spiritual care with patients and families.
• Ensure the most effective operation of the department through program development, process improvement and coordination of process across functions.
• Contributes to the organization by actively participating in process improvement initiatives and shared decision making.
