  • Lead the Financial Planning team that provides training, development, and support to Wealth Advisors
  • Develop training and curriculum to support Wealth Planners overall growth
  • Analyze and provide guidance on wealth planning and relationship review adoption and collaborate with sales leadership to improve client engagement in the planning process
  • Establish financial planning standards and oversee quality control
  • Coordinate with the Wealth Strategy Group to develop client insights to support delivery of a high-quality client experience
  • Develop advisor best practices to effectively build and manage a book of HNW client relationships
  • Lead team of Wealth Planners driving a consistent but customized planning experience
  • Meet with Wealth Advisors in market regularly to identify opportunities for new financial plans or updating existing plans in order to retain and expand client relationships
  • Attend client meetings with Wealth Advisors and assist in discovery to understand clients’ goals and objectives to develop a customized financial plan
  • Build financial plans within the software system including gathering data, inputting data, and modeling data
  • Present financial plans at client meetings with clear steps of action
  • Continuously build and refine planning and discovery training for Wealth Advisors
  • Work with other colleagues in the market to ensure clients’ holistic needs are addressed
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of complex, advanced planning techniques and relevant legislative and regulatory changes; conduct research as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • CPA, CFP or CWS
  • Strong knowledge of investments, estate planning, retirement and cash flow, education planning, business planning, benefits planning, risk management, philanthropic planning, credit, and liquidity
  • Demonstrated client advisory and servicing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency with Money Guide Pro, eMoney, MS Windows and Office Products & Salesforce
