Responsibilities
  • Review the first couple of plans for each internal advisor new to planning and review a sample size of plans for all other advisors to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Build & Present plans when a complex client situation is involved or if the advisor is newer to planning.
  • Collaborate planning strategies with internal advisors when reviewing or assisting in the planning process.
  • Continuously build and refine training curriculums on planning & discovery for the internal Advisors.
  • Planning and software training of internal Advisors, this involves gathering data, inputting data, modeling data, and presenting data.
  • Discovery Training of field Advisors, this involves identifying clients’ priorities and concerns, goals, planning issues, external advisors, net worth and how we can help.
  • Assist in building of and presentation of Wealth Insights.
  • Assist the Wealth Strategists, as needed.
  • Maintains and expands knowledge within the planning environment, this can involve fulfilling continuous education requirements, seminars, individual research, etc.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • CPA, CFP or CWS
  • Strong knowledge of investments, estate planning, retirement and cash flow, education planning, business planning, benefits planning, risk management, philanthropic planning, credit, and liquidity
  • Demonstrated client advisory and servicing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency with Money Guide Pro, eMoney, MS Windows and Office Products & Salesforce
