Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in Facilities, Office Management or related fields
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO and other standard computer applications
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is needed by U.S. Government
Responsibilities
  • Provide support for the general upkeep of the office
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of building systems including coordinating contractors and property management to ensure minimal business impacts
  • Assist with the planning and execution of office buildouts, moves, layouts & space planning
  • Build relationships with, and support our people by making our office a comfortable and safe environment
  • Manage inventory for office and kitchen supplies and place orders when needed
  • Place catering orders for company meetings and events
  • Assist with facilities requests, service, and maintenance calls
  • Coordinate company events throughout the year
  • Recommend innovative processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the office
  • Monitor and manage health and safety standards across offices and lab spaces
  • Provide support for shipping and receiving
  • Available to support office and operations off hours and weekends in the event of an emergency
