  • Current undergraduate student majoring in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field with an interest in pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee storytelling efforts; creatively sourcing and developing stories from fellow Tarsans to help connect our team members to one another, to our business, and to our customers.
  • Create a process for collecting employee stories that can be shared via internal/external communications and social media.
  • Help facilitate employee engagement in partnership with the Corporate Communications team, supporting norm setting for employee engagement via internal communications platforms and social media.
  • Create a program to encourage employee engagement within the Tarsus intranet.
  • Support the development of a social media ambassador program to encourage employees to interact with and share Tarsus social media content.
  • Research communications best practices and track performance metrics to make recommendations for improvement and provide ongoing insights.
  • Support our internal communications by tracking employee communications metrics across the weekly internal newsletter, company-wide emails, and intranet.
  • Support our social media by conducting an audit of Tarsus social media platforms. Create and deliver a social media trends report for content and platforms, benchmarking Tarsus against similar and aspirational companies.
  • Participate in communications team meetings and agency partner meetings.
  • Partner with Human Resources team to support the employee experience and talent strategy through communications.
