IT Coordinator @ Wave Financial

The IT Coordinator will assist with incoming support tickets for 45% Mac, 45% web app, 10% PC platforms. This role is involved with onboarding new Wavers and cycling employee hardware and will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security policies, and managing user access.

Here’s How You Make an Impact:

Look after technical blockers and keep your colleagues working efficiently
Be customer oriented when employees seek IT’s support (make them feel welcome and listened to)
Maintain, purchase and sell our assets
Maintain user operating systems and applications with security patches
Address tech debt identified as vulnerabilities and implement new/improved processes as we work on certifications such as SOC 2
Provide clear technical instruction on Macs or new software as needed
In office availability 4 days a week

You Thrive Here By Possessing the Following:

Having a customer service-first mindset when providing technical support
Experience with macOS & PC administration.
MDM experience is an asset
Understanding of SSO and how it’s implemented (OKTA)
Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence)
Strong time management skills
Coordination of multiple competing priorities while being mindful of deadlines
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule while also being a part of a collaborative team
Resourcefulness. Ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
Ability to translate technical jargon into lay terms.
