Responsibilities
  • Lead the KS3 Inclusion Team: manage a dedicated Inclusion Assistant to focus on learner provision and outcomes.
  • Champion EHCPs: Lead the Annual Review process for all pupils within your Key Stage and monitor progress toward individual interim targets.
  • Collaborate and mentor: act as a role model for outstanding practice, helping other teachers and staff adapt their delivery to meet diverse needs.
  • Identify and solve: work with internal and external professionals to identify unmet needs and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Support school-wide practice: liaise with Curriculum Leads, DSLs, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure inclusive approaches are embedded throughout the entire school.
