Requirements
  • A post-secondary degree in Business, Psychology, or a related combination of education and experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of related experience delivering change management programs in complex environments is required.
  • Proficiency in constructing presentations and communications tailored to diverse audience needs is required.
  • Strong leadership skills are required.
  • The ability to build credibility and foster strong relationships is required.
  • The ability to execute change initiatives in a business and technology environment is required.
  • The ability to engage and manage stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment is required.
  • The ability to communicate large, complex changes across multiple stakeholder groups is required.
  • Experience creating large, complex training plans and knowledge transfer plans is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management efforts, including managing change management resources, assigning tasks, identifying, tracking, and removing blockers, ensuring sufficient resourcing, and escalating blockers as appropriate.
  • Lead the development of an Organizational Change Management Strategy and plans covering change management, engagement, communications, benefits realization, team member enablement, and training.
  • Create and deploy a change management methodology, including change management standards and templates.
  • Oversee change readiness, change impact assessments, change networks, reinforcement mechanisms, and other change plan items.
  • Work with the ERP team to determine training needs and support the design and delivery of training and training materials.
  • Work with the ERP team and vendor to identify knowledge transfer recipients and create and orchestrate knowledge transfer plans.
  • Create program KPIs and a means of tracking program success through benefits realization activities.
  • Manage communications and campaigns, program branding, and team website development with assistance.
  • Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions, and sites to understand concerns, gather feedback, and secure program buy-in.
  • Coach functional leads, technical leads, business process owners, change champions, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive adoption of change initiatives.
  • Support ongoing decision-making and adherence to program timelines.
  • Create, review, or approve program deliverables; ensure deliverable quality and alignment with program standards; and resolve or escalate issues related to deliverable completion.
  • Provide updates to the Director of ERP Implementation and Transformation and community infrastructure regarding deliverable, task, and sprint completion levels.
  • Develop and promote a collaborative working environment with staff and foster positive working relationships with vendors.
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to support program success and ensure workshops include appropriate participants.
  • Work with team members and the Director of ERP Implementation and Transformation to complete deliverables, meet KPIs, and maintain ongoing communications.
  • Participate in procurement activities, including requests for proposals and quotes.
  • Demonstrate commitment to efficiency and continuous improvement through innovation and best practices during and after implementation.
Desired Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional certification is an asset.
  • Certification in change management, including Prosci or another provider, is an asset.
  • Previous leadership roles are an asset.
  • Professional affiliation with the Association of Change Management Professionals is an asset.
  • Familiarity with change management tools and software, including video editors, analytics tools, surveying software such as Qualtrics, and change management software, is an asset.
  • Experience delivering change management for an Enterprise Resource Planning system is an asset.
