Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering) is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience may be considered
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical compounding, manufacturing, fulfillment, or a related operational environment
  • 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams in a fast-paced, regulated setting
  • Proficiency in interpreting and understanding construction CAD drawings to ensure accurate execution of design specifications and project compliance
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools
  • Strong knowledge of USP 795, USP 800, cGMP, OSHA, and FDA regulations preferred
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing production needs, and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, and bending
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time both local and internationally
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinating onboarding hiring events, onboarding plans, training plans and launch support needed for new buildings
  • Collaborate with various departments like R&D, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Learning, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and coordination
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, identify critical paths, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time launch by identifying gaps and potential impact to timelines
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively
  • Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise during the launch process
  • Analyze the results of the launch to identify areas for improvement in future launches
