Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a project or program manager role in Business Operations experience in technology or software company in strategy, business operations, financial modeling, or management consulting
- 2-3 years of management experience
- 2-5 years of work experience in an analytic role preferred
- 4+ years of experience leading a business-critical function
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP, or Agile PM certifications are not required, but preferred
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or other project management platforms and can adapt accordingly
- Comfort and practice with Agile, Predictive, SixSigma, and other PM frameworks
- A strong bias towards action with the ability to assess a situation, quickly evaluate the pros and cons, and make decisions
- Strong experience leading organizational change and guiding teams to adopt new methodologies
- Deep expertise in building teams and managing people
- Top-notch data analytics and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize disparate information and data into actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success
- Working knowledge of overall operations and revenue, customer and marketing operations
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and other operations systems
- Ability to operate and execute quickly at a granular level while also maintaining awareness and alignment with our overall business strategy
- Strong analytical skills to identify solutions and implement improvements
- Strong business acumen, exhibit sound judgment, are detail-oriented, and display resourcefulness and strategic thinking when responding to complex challenges

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Operations Programs and Projects from beginning to end, including developing a budget, and timelines, and holding project team members accountable
- Own the project lifecycle and implement best practices
- Identify, assess, and manage risk mitigation and acceptance plans
- Map out the tasks needed to implement projects objectives and achieve success criteria
- Lead work estimation, planning, and ceremonies related to projects
- Build presentations, maintain project documentation and artifacts, and brief leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize with minimal supervision
- Ensure visibility and communication on all key project metrics such as Status, Risks, Milestones, Deadlines, and Dependencies
- Cross-collaborate with Company Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams
- Contribute to building and implementing operations processes with a continuous improvement mindset
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive change management processes across cross-functional teams
- Build an overall understanding of the company, our solutions, and our customer base
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS and/or regulated environment
- Understanding and interest in the security and compliance space
- Experience with audits and standards in the industry
