  • Demonstrable hands-on experience in building out complex media plans for digital marketing activities. Experience in running activity across CTV, Audio, and/or DOOH a plus
  • The understanding of the importance of a full funnel measurement framework
  • Commercial understanding to know the demands and expectations in a constantly evolving environment
  • Experience in a rigorous, data-led approach to performance through the various levels of the marketing funnel
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate and lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders locally and globally
  • Interest in sports and/or the media/entertainment landscape
  • Experience working with or within a digital subscription business
  • Familiarity with incremental testing, Media Mix Modelling/Econometric model inputs and outputs and what that means for digital marketing
  • Experience in leading and developing a team of digital media specialists
  • Experience managing ads on a global scale
  • Help to implement a global paid strategy & roadmap for OEM/CTV/DOOH/Audio (Samsung, Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Spotify, Twitch, etc.), leveraging audiences, creative & tech to deliver campaigns across various platforms
  • Collaborate with our external stakeholders to develop best in class marketing strategy across all key partners
  • Build out best in class media plans for our key sports rights across multiple markets and collaborate with local teams to best execute the market KPIs
  • Work with the brand, creative, business development and ad tech teams to support the activation process
  • Manage a team to deliver demonstrable results for the appropriate level of investment
