Requirements
  • 5+ years of competitive intelligence or in related experience in enterprise software, with a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience gathering, synthesizing, and disseminating competitive intel and market research
  • You are creative, articulate, influential, and engaging, with a proven track record of success
  • You are a self-learner, willing to learn new skills, industries, and platforms-including the most technical aspects and use cases at Lucid
  • You are constantly improving, with an insatiable appetite for learning
  • You take ownership of problems and never shy away from a challenge

  • You know how to prioritize your work and the initiatives you champion
Responsibilities
  • Know our users better than anyone else, including what they need, why they buy, and what they want from us in the future
  • Perform detailed competitor research and analysis to understand where our products win and opportunities to improve our position in the market
  • Gather information about peers in the Enterprise SaaS and broader collaboration space. Have a pulse on macro trends and understand how Lucid's strategy aligns to that of industry leaders
  • Build and execute comprehensive competitive and market intelligence materials- both for internal and external audiences
  • Work closely with other PMMs to understand our current and forthcoming product capabilities and how they stack up to those of our competitors
  • Work cross-functionally with the demand generation team and content marketing team to assist with programs, in conjunction with other marketing teams, that drive self-serve usage, and sales opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
