Responsibilities
  • Welcome, inform, and guide customers with an appropriate commercial attitude.
  • Advise customers on products, seasonality, storage, and use.
  • Respond to specific requests and contribute to a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Participate in sales-event activities at the point of sale.
  • Monitor stock levels, shortages, and anomalies.
  • Prepare and propose regular and promotional orders.
  • Check deliveries for quality and quantity.
  • Report supplier disputes and prepare non-conformity documents.
  • Participate in inventories, loss prevention, and anti-waste activities.
  • Maintain product freshness, replenishment, and rotation between the stockroom, positive-temperature storage room, and department.
  • Set up product layouts and merchandising presentations.
  • Participate in product displays and product highlighting.
  • Respect the product assortment according to seasonality.
  • Ensure the department is clean, organized, properly labeled, and well maintained.
  • Participate in monitoring the sector’s point-of-sale and in-store information displays.
  • Contribute to the company’s Responsible Retailer approach through food-waste reduction, product promotion, and customer-service quality.
