Senior Analyst Reports Developer

Individual accountabilities:

1. Responsible for activities associated with developing and supporting assigned standard reports/dashboards for Global Finance BI & EPM systems to support the reporting strategy

2. Monitors industry trends and implements best practices to improve in-house capabilities.

3. Executes report change management governance policy and associated controls, ensuring SOX compliance and a clean audit.

4. Responsible for migration activities and post-migration support with the Collaboration of GT peers.

5. Support the users with daily issues raised on OAC/ DV/FR/Tableau.

     6. Responsible for troubleshooting technical activities for Reporting, Analytical, and Data solutions.

Critical Knowledge and Experience:

1. Good knowledge and demonstrated deep experience withOracle BI &EPM reporting toolsi.e. Tableau, OAC, OBIEE,DataVisualizer, Java plugs

2. Exposure to DataWarehousing, Business Intelligence, Informatica tool, RDBMS,and/or multi-dimensional database

3. Knowledge of SOX/SOC to ensure compliance with reporting changemanagement policies and system documentation

4. Experience in processimprovement initiatives withstrong results delivery

5. Experience working withcross-functional teams in multiple locations, driving system or cultural change, and challenging &communicating with senior leadership in a complex project matrix organisation

6. Good understanding of IHG’s globalsystems both Finance & non Finance
