- Solid experience managing warehouse teams in a distribution, wholesale, or fast-moving environment.

- Manage relationships with couriers, including DX, and ensure high delivery performance.
- Support compliance with Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency and Health and Safety standards.
- Monitor and report on operational key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Build structure, stability, and pace across the distribution side of the business.
