Amentum is now hiring for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programmer & Analyst (All levels)– CSIA positions in support of the Cyber Security & Information Assurance (CSIA) Support Services office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and Ft Belvoir, VA. This project will provide the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Research (C5ISR) Center services to include programmatic/business management services, engineering support services, field engineering, laboratory, logistics, and acquisition / administrative support services to augment CSIA core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of CSIA and its associated Managers and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with Government project leads within CSIA.

The candidate will work closely with the client to perform the following:
- Programs, implements, and maintains an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that includes planning, training, testing, implementation, and delivery of any customized modules.
- Manages the implementation of ERP software modules, interfaces, conversions, or technical infrastructure.
- Documents and communicates business requirements, systems design, and implementation plans. Implements and maintains new functionalities in order to adapt ERP software to client needs.
- Troubleshoots technical and functional problems, bugs, and issues related to implementation and maintenance of the client ERP suite, as well as the related customizations and interfaces.
- Tests patches and upgrades to determine the impact they have on the application’s functionality. Participates in the creation and maintenance of data exchange between ERP and other tools.
- Writes technical documentation. Interfaces directly with end-users, developers, and other IT staff. Provides technical leadership, training, and mentoring to users and ERP process owners.
- Oversees the implementation of a company’s Enterprise Resource Planning program.
- Analyzes business processes and establishes protocol to improve performance.
- Reviews and maintains documentation specifications and operating procedures.
- Analyzes, reviews, and alters processes to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
- Plans and prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development.
- Provides accurate, quality analyses of new business applications.
- Identifies potential risks and opportunities and helps develop reliable projections.
- Develops and maintains dashboards using data analysis tools and creates and helps enhance reporting.
- Assists with preparation of presentation materials and monthly.
- May participate in the implementation and maintenance of other enterprise tools.
- Has experience in designing, coding, developing, testing and documenting enterprise resource programs using advanced technologies, such as IP or web-based technology. Technologies include HTML, CGI applications, PERL or JavaScript, and Java.
- Does modifications to, and maintenance of, existing programs and procedures.
- May be required to create procedural forms and documentation, including flow charts and system documentation.
- May lead a large team of programmers on a large and complex project. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree computer science, math, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- 1-10+ years’ experience.
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance.
Compensation:
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $225,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).
