  • Ability to translate technical concepts into detailed functional requirements
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Research the current competitive landscape in linear television, addressable video and data-driven ad targeting, and provide a point of view on future competitive positions
  • Flexibility - Ability to juggle multiple, often competing priorities from different sources
  • Contribute to the definition of the technical product roadmap for the Ad Units, ensuring our products continue to lead the market in targeting and effectiveness measurement while hitting our revenue growth targets
  • To support roadmap development, analyze potential investments within a product prioritization framework for product and partnership investments
  • Partner with the Ad Sales team in the rollout of our new products as part of the sales lifecycle from pre-sales and planning through delivery and optimization
  • Work with key business stakeholders and technology partners (internal and external)
  • Help develop and roll-out product feature documentation and training materials for employees
  • Be able to effectively communicate with the business units (Sales, Ops, ) Engineering, exec management, and outside constituents and partners
  • Fill in the gaps - do whatever it takes to help the team win and achieve its goals
  • High level of proficiency with internet technologies and experience of affiliates such as Permutive
  • Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, especially mobile and cross-platform, a strong plus
  • Deep understanding of responsive design applied to website, ad slots and ad formats
  • A history of successfully coordinating multiple teams within an organization on cross-functional projects
  • Maintain awareness and develop market intelligence of industry trends, technology, through active participation in industry groups/task forces such as the IAB, by reading appropriate industry publications, screening potential vendors, and attending events/conference
  • Develop clear and compelling product requirements (PRDs) / user stories for new initiatives existing product enhancements, including business justification, revenue potential, and operational impact
  • Strong can do attitude and at the same time diligent person is required, someone who has good communication skills both internally and externally
  • Oversee the team's delivery on the full lifecycle of new Ad Unit projects and initiatives, including conceptualization, design, implementation, and QA
  • Regularly communicate progress, status, issues, and resolutions to key stakeholders and senior management via verbal and written status reports
  • Navigate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, including engineers, marketing, business development, customer service and partners to plan and launch projects on time and on budget
  • Ensure the smooth operation of ad product fulfillment, in conjunction with relevant partners
  • Develop and communicate best practices to sales teams
  • Troubleshoot issues with advertisers as needed
  • Ability to take a balanced approach to solving problems by taking into consideration both business and technical opportunities and constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate conflicting objectives and create alignment across functional teams
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies is highly desired
  • Proven experience gathering customer requirements and translating those requirements into actionable product capabilities
