At least 10 years of hands-on experience with equipment maintenance in a high volume production environment, with advancement and leadership.
Experience with general facilities maintenance: utilities, buildings, and grounds.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with diverse equipment.
Demonstrated experience with training and developing skilled technical personnel.
Demonstrated experience creating maintenance procedures and documentation.
Basic computer skills with Word, Outlook, Excel, and experience with MS Project or similar project management software, as well as CMMS maintenance tracking software such as Mpulse or MaintainX.
Any equivalent combination of relevant experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted.
Responsibilities
Ensure equipment uptime and production readiness. Track and reduce downtime.
Coordinate all site maintenance activities, both with internal staff and with external contractors.
Oversee all work, internal and external, ensuring safe execution following best practices for quality results.
Train and continuously improve the maintenance team.
Plan and manage capital projects such as equipment overhauls and renovations.
Create and improve maintenance procedures and documentation.
