Responsibilities
  • Advance the maturity of Illumio Community through online community management and monitoring
  • Moderate a user community and run multiple events and programs
  • Build processes for launching community programs globally
  • Lead the strategy and execution of customer-facing webinars
  • Develop and grow a global community ambassador program
  • Create and curate content for Illumio Community
  • Partner with internal teams to engage active users and recruit participants for public discussions and events
  • Promote the value of Illumio Community at global public events
