  • Good experience with Windows 10, MacOS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong IT troubleshooting techniques

  • Knowledge in the mobile phone arena (Android, IOS)
  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work some nights and weekends as required
  • Predictable and reliable availability
  • Respond to telephone calls, email requests for technical support
  • Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
  • Maintain and support desktop PCs, hardware, software and operating systems
  • Responsible for assisting all the shipping/receiving functions required for the Technology Dept
  • Responsible for maintaining and organizing adequate supplies of IT consumables at all critical facilities
  • Identify technical problems and conduct research to resolve these issues
  • Other duties as assigned or needed

  • Experience supporting users in virtual desktop environments is a plus
