  • Lead several teams of highly skilled systems engineers in various locations across the globe. Provide direction, coaching and feedback, assess performance and make effective staffing decisions
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all major operation issues, escalations, and improvement plans. Implement a culture of accountability within the team
  • Establish the monthly operation's review forum and define the KPIs and metrics to monitor and manage team's and service's performance
  • Examine, refine, and develop the existing monitoring and response metrics of the company's internal and cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure Infrastructure team provides necessary support to accomplish the IT Department's goals
  • Ensure Incident and Change Control documents are accurate and complete
  • Establish policies, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure compliance with accepted industry practice
  • Develop global maintenance schedules for network and cloud services
  • Coordinate comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of capacity planning programs, taking into account both auto-scaling capabilities as well as cost optimisations
  • Ensure the adoption of leading edge technologies to build and secure the SaaS infrastructure
  • Provide 7x24 continuous service monitoring, preventive maintenance, and emergence response capabilities
