Responsibilities
  • building the next generation of software for the venture capital industry
  • helping new funds launch
  • tracking analytics and performance for investors
  • operating the books and financial records for investment funds
  • automating managing investments
  • working on a mix of greenfield opportunities and work informed by metrics
  • building a distributed system that is configurable for complex customers
  • handling money movement, event-based general accounting ledger, calculating profit waterfalls, rule-based engines for reconciliations and allocations, workflow orchestrations, investment performance tracking, incorporation tooling
