Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, including marketing, business, journalism/communications, etc
  • 2+ years of experience in customer, email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing
  • Must have experience creating automated CRM campaigns in Braze (preferred) or similar CRM platforms
  • Must have email marketing and other copywriting experience
  • Must understand the Daily Fantasy Sports industry
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Experience analyzing data to make informed decisions
Responsibilities
  • This is a hybrid role based in our Atlanta HQ office
  • Managing segmented, automated campaigns across different stages of the PrizePicks customer journey
  • Creating a visual representation of the PrizePicks customer journey
  • Creating complex CRM campaigns, tracking campaign results, and brainstorming suggestions to optimize performance
  • Developing A/B test and segmented campaign ideas to drive lift at different stages of the customer journey
  • Studying competition to find new ways to drive engagement throughout the customer journey
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure the success of campaigns
