Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with high academic achievement, in Business, Finance or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced and multiple stakeholder environment, must include Banking industry and preferably other areas such as Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting or Financial services.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with a diverse group (executives, managers, subject matter experts).
  • Strong data analysis skills to synthesize complex data from diverse sources (qualitative and quantitative) and be able to make logical and persuasive recommendations.
  • Hands-on expertise with creating and delivering high quality customer-facing materials/deliverables.
  • Excellent articulation, communication (written/verbal) and collaboration skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of bid managers and coordinators.
  • Develop team members through training, feedback, and career development initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Oversee the end-to-end bid management process, ensuring all RFPs and proposals are completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop and implement bid strategies that align with the firm's goals.
  • Ensure that all proposals are compelling, competitive, and comply with client requirements.
  • Write persuasively, including executive summaries and other critical components of deliverables, interpreting information from research profiles, meetings with proposal team members, client meetings, and understanding of the business and Zafin’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, product teams) to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all relevant parties throughout the bid process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all bid-related queries and issues.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in all bid documents.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in bid management processes.
  • Ensure that all sales collateral and assets are properly stored, organized, and up to date.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository for all sales materials, including case studies, presentations, and brochures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to update and create new collateral as needed.
  • Track and report on the progress and success rates of bids and proposals.
  • Analyze bid performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on bid activities and outcomes.
