Responsibilities
  • Work with the Service Realization Team to launch offerings, drive cross-selling and upselling across offerings and promote business as it relates to Security practice
  • In conjunction with the sales team, bid on, propose and close practice related deals, as well as introduce other LVS services into accounts you are working in
  • Delivery Security Assessments to clients, ensuring they understand opportunities to improve as well as what they are doing well. Use this as the basis for a remediation or improvement plan that you will help scope and sell to our clients
  • Participate in the development of a sales plan overall and for the Branch
  • Provide insights on technology delivery as required
  • Ensure consistency of service/solution/technology across LVS and provide feedback for ongoing improvements
  • Monitor and escalate service quality/delivery issues within the Branch and to other Practice Leaders
  • Work with the recruiting team to attract the resources required to achieve practice goals
  • Manage vendor relationships as they apply to the Security Practice
