Network/Infrastructure Engineer – Edison, NJ and unanticipated sites throughout US

Description:

Responsible for design, assembly, and troubleshooting technology solutions related to the infrastructure (network, telecommunication, database, desktop server, storage, software).
Define, develop, and maintain procedures; analyze and implement new processes and techniques.
Analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation.
Design tailored solutions to meet a specific need or business unit request.
Provide effective production support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue.
Lead medium to large-scale projects and deliver presentations.
Anticipate problems, drive root cause analysis and analyze ways to mitigate risk.
Solve complex situations by dissecting problems and focusing on critical technology tasks.
Recommend process improvements that require a high degree of technical mastery.
Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) and consult peers and colleagues on tactical problems.
Articulate business value and impact of technical and non-technical information.

Requirements:

Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or Digital Sciences.
6 months experience in job offered or 6 months experience as Network Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer or related occupation.
