The Opportunity
As a Servian consultant you will develop strong relationships with our clients, maintaining the core Servian values in all interactions to ensure satisfaction and a consistent high-level experience. You will provide a proactive approach to your relationship, identifying new opportunities to increase revenue, anticipating potential issues or providing unprompted support simply to improve the client experience.
You will have experience with a variety of relevant technologies that make up
Servian integration practice. You will need to demonstrate your capability in
the design, implementation and support of these technologies. You will be required to develop processes and documentation.
In this role you will manage and resolving issues associated with supported customer Integration and Container deployments within agreed SLAs is a key component of this role. Within “best practice” framework as far as possible, perform all tasks associated with effective Integration, API’s, Microservices and Container solution design and development taking into account factors such as functionality, scalability, stability and performance.
What experience are we looking for?
- University graduate in an IT discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years relevant technical experience.
- Relevant technical certifications.
- Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced team members.
