  • 2 years of Customer Service and/or Underwriting Support experience, with working knowledge of insurance software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member while demonstrating solid analytical and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environment, using technology to achieve efficiencies
  • Working knowledge of SageSure & partner systems is a plus, including IPC Manager, Inspection Vendors, Carrier Claim Sites, MSB Express, Confluence
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work Service Desk Portal Tickets: e.g., Post-Inspection reinstatement requests
  • Underwrite property inspections based on Stack Codes, and review Scrubbed Inspections to ensure previous conditions were resolved
  • Work High Priority Service Portal Tickets to verify the producers are following guidelines/authority, as well as new business referrals based on authority.
  • Review Carrier Claim Reports and provide Underwriters with detailed claim information
  • Perform Renewal Underwriting Reviews of roof inspections and loss history, and provide Underwriters with detailed renewal information
