Responsibilities
  • Provide field support for customer applications and unit operations via troubleshooting
  • Stays current in the industry developments by actively participating in professional groups, trainings and learning about new technology
  • Partner with sales team members during customer site visits to provide: onsite audit support for pre-bids, technical product, and application recommendations
  • Develop and maintain technical literature and documentation
  • Engage in trial reporting, administration, and associated communications
  • Participate in R&D, new technology product development, and commercialization
  • Understand the value of marketplace initiatives and managing multiple support projects with little management input.
