  • 2 years of experience preferably in customer service, sales, and/or a call center
  • Possess strong active listening, patience, adaptability, and persuasion skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including effective verbal and written communications skills required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
