- Experience as a Java Architect on large-scale web-based applications.
- Experience with Java Enterprise Edition frameworks and system development.
- Experience using use cases, process flows, and Unified Modeling Language.
- Technical expertise in IBM z/OS, Java Virtual Machine, Virtual AIX, JDBC bridging techniques, IBM WebSphere Application Server, Tivoli Access Manager, and DOC1 Generate.
- Experience with IBM development software, including IBM Content Manager, Rational Application Developer, ClearCase, ClearQuest, DB2 on z/OS, and AIX.
- Experience with mobile application development.
- Experience with SQL fine-tuning and optimization using reporting engines.
- Experience developing application security layers for web applications.
- Strong expertise in Struts, Spring MVC, Spring IoC, Spring AOP, and Spring Batch technologies.
- Front-end technology experience with jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, and XML.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and DB2 on z/OS.
- Experience using Hudson or similar continuous integration tools.
- Experience with Ant and Maven build scripts.
- Experience developing middleware components using IBM MQ and web services.
- Strong experience with the iBATIS framework.
- Experience integrating Struts and Spring.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Five to twelve years of developer experience is required.
- Develop Java Enterprise Edition applications and systems.
- Develop mobile applications, web application security layers, and middleware components.
- Perform SQL fine-tuning and optimization using reporting engines.
- Integrate Struts and Spring technologies.
- Create and maintain Ant and Maven build scripts.
- Use continuous integration tools such as Hudson.
- Design and develop large-scale web-based applications using documented use cases, process flows, and Unified Modeling Language.
