- Strong debugging and analytical skills; comfortable working with logs, metrics, and monitoring tools like Grafana or Kibana.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated tests for backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, performance, integration, and security use cases.
- Perform manual testing of new features in early development cycles to validate functionality, usability, and edge cases before automation is in place.
- Contribute to shift-left testing by working closely with developers to embed quality into design and development workflows.
- Build automated regression suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment.
- Investigate, triage, and debug complex issues in production and test environments.
- Drive root cause analysis of test failures and production defects.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal test tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, DevOps, product management, and support teams.
- Experience with Go programming language in testing or development contexts.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., Locust, Gatling, JMeter).

ServiceNow is nearing a deal to acquire security startup Veza for over $1 billion. This acquisition aims to enhance ServiceNow's capabilities in managing access for human users and AI agents. Veza's technology, which maps permissions across data sources, has raised $235 million since 2020 and shares over 250 joint customers with ServiceNow. This move reflects the growing investment in AI infrastructure and the need for improved security as AI adoption expands.
Veza expands Access AI and launches Access AuthZ to unify and automate identity security. Data security platform company Veza Inc. today announced a major expansion of its Access AI platform that extends the power of artificial intelligence to govern and secure all enterprise identities, and also introduced Access AuthZ to automate user provisioning and deprovisioning. The updates to Veza's Access AI solution enable natural language explainability and intuitive query analysis for enterprise identity management. Key features include Access AI for Access Search, Universal Search, Query Explainability and Access Reviews, which simplify oversight and speed up access reviews. With the update, security teams can now write natural language queries via the Query Builder to manage access responsibly. The release seeks to assist enterprises that are embracing AI agents, complex AI data pipelines and large-scale automation. With the release, Veza says it is delivering the first platform designed to protect these new identity types while unifying permissions, authorization data and activity across the enterprise.
