Responsibilities
  • Assess client workflows to identify high-value artificial intelligence use cases and map artificial intelligence and automation capabilities to business objectives.
  • Develop artificial-intelligence-enabled business solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform tools.
  • Contribute to artificial intelligence governance frameworks, define key performance indicators, and ensure ethical and compliant artificial intelligence usage.
  • Translate technical artificial intelligence concepts into clear, actionable insights for business leaders, and create demonstrations and presentations showcasing artificial intelligence benefits.
  • Work with technical analysts and client teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions and project outcomes.
  • Develop effective prompt templates and identify opportunities for custom Copilot agents to address specific business needs.
  • Evaluate and prepare client environments for artificial intelligence deployment by checking data availability, licensing, and security and compliance alignment, and coordinate remediation of gaps before Copilot rollout.
  • Collaborate on user enablement efforts to drive Copilot adoption, including delivering initial training, creating how-to guides, and supporting change-management initiatives.
  • Develop, curate, and maintain artificial intelligence training and enablement content, including tutorials, guides, and success stories, and maintain its accessibility through the SmartShift Academy platform.
  • Monitor Copilot usage and adoption metrics, quantify productivity impact, and refine the artificial intelligence roadmap based on these insights.
  • Stay current with emerging Microsoft artificial intelligence features, Copilot capabilities, Copilot Studio agent tools, and relevant Azure artificial intelligence services, and incorporate them into solution proposals and strategy updates.
  • Establish an internal artificial intelligence champions network at customer organizations to foster peer learning and sustain Copilot adoption.
  • Plan and facilitate Copilot readiness workshops, including technical audits and interactive sessions with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and change-management needs.
  • Lead the human side of artificial intelligence adoption by anticipating how change affects people, reducing disruption, and supporting teams through new artificial-intelligence-enabled workflows.
  • Apply proven change-management frameworks, including Kotter’s 8-Step framework, to guide employees through new artificial-intelligence-enabled workflows.
  • Lead discovery and advisory conversations with prospects and customers to shape artificial intelligence initiatives, clarify outcomes, and align artificial intelligence investments to business value.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Managers during pre-sales to scope artificial intelligence opportunities, support solution positioning, and reduce deal risk through informed discovery.
  • Use Courser’s Agent Builder Process to design, document, test, and deliver customer-specific Copilot agents.
  • Lead outcome-driven AI READY workshops covering use-case envisioning, artificial intelligence roadmap definition, and adoption planning, then synthesize findings into executive-ready readouts supporting go/no-go and sequencing decisions.
  • Frame artificial intelligence recommendations in terms of productivity lift, cost-to-serve reduction, risk mitigation, and operating leverage, and support leadership with tradeoffs and sequencing options tied to financial outcomes.
