  • 8+ years experience in Consultant Relations, Business Development or Strategic Alliances, preferably in the digital health or health plan space

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies to achieve and exceed pharmacy sales targets within the consultant channel
  • Identify, map, and prioritize key pharmacy stakeholders within national and regional consultant firms to focus efforts and maximize strategic impact
  • Build, nurture, and deepen trusted relationships with pharmacy consultants and industry leaders to proactively generate and accelerate pipeline opportunities for Transcarent
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analyses to inform targeted market entry strategies, ensuring alignment with consultant dynamics and measurable growth outcomes
  • Monitor market feedback and sentiment toward Transcarent’s value propositions and synthesize insights for leadership, commercial, product, and CR teams to inform future strategy
  • Lead and manage complex, high-value sales cycles with consultant influence, driving from initial engagement through to successful contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Partner with product, clinical, and solutions teams to deliver market-informed feedback and shape differentiated solution offerings that balance value across clients, members, and Transcarent
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously refine positioning, messaging, and solution alignment in response to market shifts and consultant feedback
  • Track, document, and maintain detailed records of all consultant interactions, engagements, and pipeline activity in Salesforce to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Take full ownership of pharmacy-related RFP responses, including opportunity identification, crafting compelling proposals, delivering persuasive finalist presentations, and negotiating competitive, high-impact deals that support company growth objectives
